We want you to be 100%  satisfied with your new Fifty fiftygear sunglasses or other product that you purchased from us.

We understand that so much coolness can dazzle you, whether you are a beginner or pro user of kick ass gear.

So if you have second thoughts, or if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and you can return your purchase.

At Fiftyfiftygear you have a 14-day period from receipt of the product and you can revoke (cancel) the purchase free of charge without hassle and without stating reasons.

 

Model or colours:

We ask you to only break the sealing and packaging to the extent necessary to be able to test the product and to assess whether you want to keep the product.

The products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. The return costs are for your own account.

For more information about the right of withdrawal, we refer you to article 9 of our general terms and conditions. You can also exchange a product during these 14 days.

-Always use your order number in the mail

-Sent a picture of yourself wearing the glasses so we can determine the cool factor and see if you are realy making the right call (not for real, if you want to return thats ok with us)

-Products that are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging are refunded for 100%.

Always use your order number in the e-mail and send a photo of the defect (if possible) together with a short description of the problem.

 

Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

 

Brexit

We love you lads, but import/export duties, shipping costs or any other costs derived from returning your shipped order, Fiftyfiftygear cannot be held accountable for.

note that lead time might be longer than you expect from us.

 

Incorrect delivery
We like to think that we can't do wrong, but if you receive  fiftyfiftygear sunglasses that was not for you, please sent an email to info@fiftyfiftygear.co

This way we will offer you the best and fastest solution with no extra costs for you!

Always use your order number in the subject of the mail and send a photo of the packing slip + a picture of the wrongly received product.
